Creating an Account

You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password which, together with your LoginID e-mail address, allows you to access the Services. That LoginID and password, together with any mobile number or other information you provide, form your "Registration Information." By providing us with your e-mail address, you agree to receive all required notices via email. It is your responsibility to update or change your e-mail address, as appropriate. Notices will be provided in HTML (or, if your system does not support HTML, in plain-text) in the text of the e-mail or through a link to the appropriate page on our site, accessible through any standard, commercially available internet browser.

Your Relationship with Oneleaseapp and Owners & Managers of Rental Properties
Oneleaseapp is an online tool to help you efficiently collect and manage personal information that is typically required to submit applications to owners and managers of rental properties. When you authorize Oneleaseapp to submit an application on your behalf to one or more rental properties, you grant Oneleaseapp a limited power of attorney, and appoint Oneleaseapp as your attorney-in-fact and agent, to access property websites and/or offline lease applications, create your account, retrieve and use your information with the full power and authority to do and perform each thing necessary in connection with completing and submitting a rental application, as you could do on your own online or in person. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT WHEN ONELEASEAPP IS ACCESSING, SUBMITTING, AND RETRIEVING ACCOUNT INFORMATION TO/FROM PROPERTY WEBSITES OR OFFLINE LEASE APPLICATIONS, ONELEASEAPP IS ACTING AS YOUR AGENT, AND NOT AS THE AGENT OF OR ON BEHALF OF THE PROPERTY OWNER OR MANAGER. Oneleaseapp is not responsible for any payment processing errors or fees or other Services-related issues, including those issues that may arise from inaccurate account or apartment information entered on the Website or provided to Customer Support or any discrepancies that arise between you and property owners and managers. By authorizing Oneleaseapp to submit an application on your behalf, you will enter into an agreement with each property and/or their agent(s). Although we submit rental applications on your behalf, all fees, deposits, rent amounts, and other charges are set by the relevant property. In addition, Oneleaseapp has no involvement or responsibilities related to the decision to approve, conditionally approve, or deny your application. That is solely the responsibility of the relevant property and their agent.IN NO EVENT WILL ONELEASEAPP BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF ANY PROPERTY OWNER OR THEIR AGENTS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FOR ANY DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, COSTS OR EXPENSES ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE ACTS, OMISSIONS, OR DELAYS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROCESSING AND APPROVAL OR DENIAL OF YOUR APPLICATION, THE AVAILABILITY OF RENTAL UNITS, THE PRICING OF RENTAL UNITS, OR THE QUALITY OF YOUR LIVING EXPERIENCE SHOULD YOU OCCUPY A UNIT.
Information You Submit
You hereby represent and warrant that all communications and information you submit through the Website or Customer Support will be (i) your own, (ii) complete and accurate, and (iii) related to the Services. Ending your relationship with Oneleaseapp
This Agreement will continue to apply until terminated by either you or Oneleaseapp as set out below. If you want to terminate your legal agreement with Oneleaseapp, you may do so as follows:

You can get the latest update on your application status and it's usually the quickest way for us to communicate the need for any additional information that a property may request in connection with a pending application. Message frequency may vary depending on status updates and the number of applications you have submitted.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. After notifying us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up again in the personal info section and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
